List of visas issued

The reply from Chiune Sugihara, Acting-consul general in Prage regarding Telegraph No.10 from the government to Mr. Matsuoka, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on February 5, 1941.
He reports that 2,132 transit visas were issued for Polish and Lithuanian nationals in total, out of which approximately 1,500 were for those of the Jewish faith. The list of visas issued while he was stationed in Kaunas was attached to the official correspondence of February 29, 1941 . The list of visas issued includes the serial numbers, nationalities, names, whether the visa was an entry visa or transit visa, date of issue, visa fees and references over 32 pages and it contains 2,139 names.
